I just watered my classroom plants. I've been neglecting them, and they are looking quite droopy. One plant has some leaves that have started to turn brown. I have 3 classroom plants. I had 4, but one died this year. I am hoping to get another plant for next school year to replace Billy Boy (the plant that died). My students name my plants.

What are the other names?
The timing of my reading about "Billy Boy" is so funny. I saw cherry pie on a commercial and started craving it - so Saturday night I baked a "Mrs. Smith's Cherry Pie"... Do you remember the tune "Can she bake a cherry pie, Billy Boy, Billy Boy?" well, it's an old folksong and I started singing that and couldn't remember all the words, also couldn't get the tune out of my head - so sure enough you CAN google the lyrics :)
Great, now I have the tune in my head again...
