This is my 150th post on Spatula Spot!

This past Sunday, my parents, Uncle George, and Aunt Lillian came to East TN to hear me preach Sunday afternoon and to spend the evening with me and Kara. We had such a good time together, and it's always so nice when family visits.

Yesterday was the first day of the last 9 weeks of this school year. Every 9 weeks, I get a new group of students for grades 6, 7, and 8. I'm still trying to get used to my new groups of middle school students - there seems to be a lot with behavioral problems bunched together in these groups, but I pray that the Lord will bless me to know how to meet these challenges.

Kara and I played Mario Kart Wii online last night against Dan and Roy. This is always a lot of fun, and I think I won most of the games last night.

Kara gave me a haircut yesterday, and Sister Jill came by to show her how to cut my hair differently since I've been styling it differently. Kara did such a good job!

As far as your haircut, thank you for liking it. :) At least I didn't scalp you. :)
